Transform Your Relationship With your Food and Body.

Healing from body image struggles and eating challenges can feel impossible.

Having an accredited practising dietitian guide you through nutrition rehabilitation can take out the guesswork. I will work closely with you to understand where you are at in your journey, learn where you want to change, and help guide you towards food freedom.

At Connected Nourishment, I provide nutrition support for the following:

Eating Disorders

  • Binge Eating Disorder
  • Bulimia Nervosa
  • Anorexia Nervosa
  • Other Specified Feeding and Eating Disorder (OSFED)
  • Avoidant Restrictive Food Intake Disorder (ARFID)

Disordered Eating

You think about food and body more than you would like, and your eating becomes a bit all over the place, it may not be an eating disorder, but it still impacts your life and you deserve support.

If you find yourself stuck with restrictive eating, binge eating, compulsive overeating, excessive exercise or other habits that are too difficult to shake, reach out. These habits can have a negative impact on physical health, emotional well-being, and overall quality of life. This disruption to your relationship with food and their body can lead to feelings of guilt, shame, and anxiety.

While not all disordered eating progresses to a diagnosable eating disorder, it warrants attention and support to prevent possible escalation and to promote a healthier approach to eating and self-care.

Healing From Dieting

I recognise that healing from years of dieting requires support too. All that time spent thinking about food and weight takes a toll – leaving you tired, frustrated, and not being able to enjoy all aspects of life.

The diet industry has taken so much of your time, happiness, and money already. It’s time to find out what is at the heart of the problem and build that new lasting connection with your food and your body.

Intuitive Eating

Maybe you have heard of Intuitive Eating? Perhaps you are at a point with your food and eating that you’ve given up on diets already, and want to become an Intuitive Eater.

Nutrition therapy with an intuitive eating counsellor can help you reconnect with your body in order to eat, move and care for yourself from a place of trust, respect, and kindness.

Your relationship with food and your body is unique to you.  We unpack where you are in your journey, where you want to go, and how we will go about getting there, together. Nutrition therapy is like a guide to support, teach and listen along the way. The journey, like bodies, is different for everyone.
