Food and body worries can be complicated

Your physical and mental well-being is our top priority.

For most of us, food and eating are connected to three essential pillars: our physical and mental health and our relationships with others.

When one or more of these connections is disrupted, we can feel unwell, frustrated, isolated, and unsure of what to do next.

Social media, friends, diet 'gurus', your great aunt – when it comes to rules, advice and information about what to eat, it seems everyone has an opinion.

We’re all about delivering compassionate, comprehensive care grounded in science. We’re here to help you navigate nutrition based on evidence and what your body needs.

We also understand that a collaborative care team offers a uniquely supportive environment. We’ll work with your broader healthcare team (as necessary) to help you explore your connections to food and how nutrition impacts other areas of your life.

Our process is to listen, guide and support you in making positive changes – in mind and body – for the long term. If you’re ready to acknowledge, challenge, and move beyond your negative relationship with food, reach out.

We're problem solvers.

Making decisions about what to eat can be as confusing as a 1970s cookbook (WHY was there so much pineapple?). But there is support available. Connected Nourishment’s philosophy is straightforward: Food shouldn’t be complicated; it should make life better.

We believe taking a comprehensive, evidence-based approach and channeling fun and pleasure into nutrition rehab is key to helping our clients rebuild positive connections with themselves.

From chatting about life and untangling your food worries to discussing your bowel movements and skin health, we aim to get to the bottom of your situation (pun intended) and provide the tailored support you need.

Providing client-centered care

We acknowledge and celebrate that every person is an individual with a unique story and needs. We provide evidence-based, weight-inclusive care and follow a non-diet approach.

Growing meaningful connections

We believe in helping our clients create meaningful relationships with themselves, and collaborating with others to enable positive change.

Creating joyful optimism

We aren’t afraid to provide support infused with joy and pleasure. We educate on and encourage intuitive eating principles, RAVES, and enjoying all core food groupswith no fads or quick fixes.
